The president and owner of Brison Developments also has room at The Crossing for another 100 mini homes, about 60 single-family homes, 70 semis and two apartment buildings all on that same parcel of land.

WINDSOR – The Underwood Drive/Road debate reached a boiling point at a special session of council on July 7, with over 40 residents attending the meeting to see how council would proceed with the proposed road closure.
Council approved the recommendation in the staff report to turn the end of Underwood Drive into a cul-de-sac. The move would block a potential connector that a local developer wants to build to connect Underwood Drive to Underwood Road, which is in West Hants. Continue reading

Board hearing cases seeking compensation from HRM
Some Middle Sackville landowners and developers have pushed ahead with their claim for about $1.2 million in compensation from Halifax Regional Municipality after their properties were expropriated for a highway.
The legal complexities of the case became apparent Tuesday after the Utility and Review Board set aside four days just to hear arguments.

As one would imagine, things changed when the self-made businessman started building subdivisions for a living through Brison Developments Ltd.
